Reforming the Public Service Act
Modernize legislation to reflect northern work realities, strengthen protections, and align Indigenous worker rights with UNDRIP.
Learn morePrerna Krishan is a grassroots labour activist, public sector worker, and committee leader who has spent years turning worker concerns into concrete action across the North.
This campaign comes from the ground up. It is shaped by committee work, financial stewardship, resolution drafting, and a practical understanding of the systems northern workers face every day.
Prerna brings together advocacy, governance, and policy experience. She has chaired an occupational health and safety committee, managed committee finances, and helped advance resolutions rooted in the realities of northern workers. Her experience inside the territorial health system has also given her a direct view of the barriers workers face and where change must happen.
Northern workers face a web of challenges that southern labour frameworks were never designed to address. This campaign is about giving those realities the leadership, visibility, and constitutional strategy they deserve.
“This campaign did not begin with an election. It began with years of committee work, financial stewardship, briefing notes, advocacy, and a commitment to workers who are done waiting to be seen.”
Each foundation is presented as its own page so supporters, delegates, and visitors can explore the campaign in a clear and structured way.
