Why she is running

Because northern workers need a federation that acts with urgency

Northern workers face a web of challenges that southern labour frameworks were never designed to address. This campaign is about giving those realities the leadership, visibility, and constitutional strategy they deserve.

  • To push for modern worker protections that reflect northern realities.
  • To strengthen occupational health and safety leadership across the territories.
  • To make labour education accessible in the North instead of exporting it south.
  • To connect federal investment with labour equity, local hiring, and Indigenous participation.
  • To build a federation that treats trauma, climate harm, and economic insecurity as labour issues, not side issues.

“This campaign did not begin with an election. It began with years of committee work, financial stewardship, briefing notes, advocacy, and a commitment to workers who are done waiting to be seen.”
